¨ Hello,
My name is Yvonne Sandoval, I am a successful strong independent Latina woman from El Paso Texas. My motivation to succeed was inspired by my mother “Dolores Sandoval” . She sacrificed so much of her life to allow me the opportunity to be successful. She worked 2 jobs, took public transportation, and survived on only a few hours of sleep. My mom taught me to be tough and to never let anyone or anything stand in the way of what I want to accomplish. I work hard, save money, and invest in myself by going after my goals. After owning a few businesses including a restaurant, I wanted to challenge myself and get into a male dominated industry so in 1999 I started a construction cleaning business. I did not allow the fact that I was a Latina woman with low resources hinder my goal. I hired people who were humble and who understood the importance of providing a first-class service. In return I compensate my employees very well for their honest hard work. Everlasting Impressions grew by providing excellent service which led to referrals through word of mouth by the construction superintendents.
